WeVan, Italy roadtrip
2024
In April 2024, together with Olivia Rubie Thorden, we embarked on a unique adventure: a documentary journey across Northern Italy. This project, carried out in partnership with the rental company WeVan, took us from the Southern Alps to the Dolomites, through breathtaking landscapes and memorable artistic encounters.
Our journey began in the captivating scenery of Queyras before reaching the majestic Dolomites. Along the way, we established meaningful connections with three renowned artists based in Venice and Tuscany. These interactions resulted in photo and video reports, capturing the essence and impact of these creators in their exceptional environments.
This adventure was driven by our shared passion for nature, travel, meaningful encounters, and artistic creation. It serves as an invitation to explore, marvel, and draw inspiration from the splendors of Italy and its unique talents. Meet a couple of talented ceramisist The Freaky Raku and the marble sculptor Håkon Anton Fagerås.
