I am proud to present the innovative and artistic vision of the real estate developer Helenis, in partnership with its artistic foundation GGL. Each space is designed to evoke emotions, transcending mere functionality to elicit authentic sensations.

To bring this presentation to life, I have enlisted two talented dancers, Eloïse and Kevin, who become fluid guides highlighting the organic connection between real estate and art. Their movements will convey the unique energy and emotion of each residence.

Moreover, each real estate project by Helenis is enriched by carefully integrated works of art, thereby transforming each residence into a living gallery.

This video is an invitation to explore the symbiosis between exceptional architecture and inspiring works of art driven by movement.
